Current Exhibits

Current exhibits include the largest dollhouses in our collection including The Someday House and Santa Fe House, two new dollhouses by Mariana Cameron, Bill Lankford’s “Somewhere in Time” Town, our antique dollhouses, a selection of roomboxes made by friends of the Museum, over 300 of our artisan miniatures, a selection of dolls from the collection, our large-scale, hand made, articulated bears, and a selection of toys from the collection.

For Phase 1 of our reopening we have focused on our miniature collection. Many of our large dollhouses are very delicate and need to be moved as little as possible.
We have opened a second small gallery that includes a hands-on LEGO table and additional exhibits. Our classroom space is open for programming only.

Future Exhibits

DMMDT creates exhibits through collaborations with the community and through our professional staff. We are currently fundraising for an elevator that will allow us to fully open our building. This will be Phase 2 of our opening. It be over 7,000 square feet of public space and include more gallery space, workshops and classrooms, and hands on space. We are so excited for future exhibits!
